From Monday 10th March to Friday 14th March 2008

A 5-day Masterclass which will reinforce and broaden the participants understanding and appreciation of working with Bullseye Glass through making a series of kilnformed vessels.

 

Topics covered will include kiln preparation, compatibility, understanding the effects of temperature variations on Bullseye Glass, and volume control.  Emphasis will be placed on acquiring technical knowledge through a practical, hands-on approach.

 

The Masterclass is offered to a maximum number of 6 glass artists and students who possess some experience of fusing and slumping.

 

Cost: £250 (20% student discount available upon production of ID) and includes:

• 5 days working in studio
• Buffet lunch each day
• All materials
